Key Role Details
Full-time new hires for this role will start as a cohort in a rotational program in July 2026.
This role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent.
All associates will rotate roles within their assigned location. Rotations occur at the one-year mark and allow for hands-on experience in two distinct roles.
Associates who participate in this program may choose to remain in their final role placement upon completion of the program or explore other opportunities at Capital One.
Participation in the program requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid working model.

Basic Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by July 2026 or earlier
Preferred Qualifications
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or higher in business, engineering, accounting, supply chain management, risk management, economics, marketing or information systems
Management Rotation Program Associate - 2026
Capital One’s two-year Management Rotation Program (MRP) provides associates with the foundational knowledge needed to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the company forward. Responsibilities may include:
Building a positive and motivating team environment

Facilitating daily team meetings and keeping information about the team's progress up-to-date, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all parties
Identifying, removing or elevating obstacles, ensuring a quick resolution for the team
Implementing necessary communications and change activities associated with product launches, technology changes, and process improvements
Identifying and finding resources needed to achieve team goals
Using information and interactions to make good judgment on potential risks and issues
An ideal candidate would possess:
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $97,000 - $97,000 for Associate, MRPCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
