Role Summary

The Senior Associate, End-to-End Project Manager (E2E PjM) serves as a Project Manager within EMOCS, accountable for end-to-end delivery of mid-level complexity campaigns or projects. This role coordinates all project management lifecycle activities to ensure execution excellence across owned marketing channels. This associate independently drives mid-level initiatives and supports planning rigor, data integrity, and process evolution across the broader PjM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio & Capacity Support: Support the EMOCS Execution Manager with portfolio planning to forecast demand and manage capacity. Assist with prioritization and complexity estimation to validate capacity assumptions and prevent resource over-extension.

• Campaign Delivery & Governance:Independently manage mid-level complexity, cross-functional marketing initiatives from intake through launch. Lead alignment across marketing, tech, creative, legal, and compliance, while owning kickoff, production validation, go/no-go, audit, and launch readiness.

• Workfront System Management: Maintain rigorous system discipline by ensuring milestone accuracy, kickoff/release date integrity, and task-level data compliance within Adobe Workfront to support real-time reporting and audit readiness.

• Operational Health & Reporting:Monitor and report on project health against defined SLAs and KPIs. Identify performance trends and systemic friction points, leveraging data to inform decision-making and track progress against team OKRs.

• Process & Continuous Improvement:Identify and surface opportunities for workflow automation and optimization to increase speed and reduce risk. Support the development, refinement, and adoption of End-to-End (E2E) Standard Operating Procedures.

• Escalation & Audit Compliance:Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies across all deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 2 years experience in marketing project management

• At least 2 years of experience in process management

• At least 1 year of experience working with project management methodologies or tools 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations for financial services or highly regulated industry

• 2+ years of experience utilizing project management systems (such as Adobe Workfront)

• 2+ years of Risk Management experience

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision-making

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Riverwoods, IL: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager

Chicago, IL: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager

Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
