Capital One’s rotational programs set you up for success as you cycle through two positions with two different teams as a full-time associate. During the Management Rotation Program, you’ll experience two distinct delivery management roles in project, process and risk management.
With Capital One’s Management Rotational Program (MRP), you’ll bring your passion for problem solving to figure out ways to help our customers and colleagues. All while you find opportunities to expand your influence, develop your leadership skills and carve a career path of your choosing.
Drive Capital One forward
With the MRP, you’ll take on consultant-like roles in process, project or risk management. You’ll learn to establish project plans, implement data-driven insights and use your natural talents and experiences to create meaningful change.
Associates in the MRP have created an education program to help Capital One customers improve their cyber security, delivered a new instant messaging tool for Customer Care associates and developed marketing plans to enroll more customers into CreditWise, our credit monitoring tool.
Find and develop your passions
Outside of the day-to-day work, MRP associates participate in multi-day professional development sessions on topics like creating communication plans, using data visualization tools and influencing change. They have advisers, mentors and cohort members to turn to for professional insights and help making connections. They meet with senior leaders for career advice, attend some of the world’s biggest tech conferences and earn certificates in everything from AWS to AI to product management.
As you explore new skills and find work that resonates, you’ll have the freedom to be yourself and rotate to teams that align with your interests and goals. No matter what you choose, your leaders and colleagues will support you every step of the way.

Once you've completed the program, you’ll find a world of opportunities to make a difference at Capital One.
MRP alumni include a vice president of product management who helped build digital tools that assist customers who are behind on their payments. One is a director of Human Resources, overseeing Student & Grads programs. Another is a senior manager for the Center for Machine Learning, where she builds roadmaps for models that make predictive decisions about everything from customer risk to extending new lines of credit.
