A Principal HR Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition organization at Capital One, focusing on risk mitigation and continuous improvement. This smart, talented team is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition organization to continuously improve our processes and candidate experience. The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing quality assurance reviews and trend analysis, providing effective/measurable feedback, along with developing and deploying tools and training to prevent process breakdowns.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct recruiting-specific quality assurance reviews to assess process performance
Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to recruiters and management across the organization focused on preventing recurrence
Identifying and managing corrective actions related to identified errors
Perform data entry and data research activities
Execute and provide recommendations for process improvements and/or operating procedures
Create and refine documented procedures and user guides in accordance with established policies
Generate and distribute updates and reports, as needed
Own resolution on questions and requests from management and key stakeholders
Maintain suite of training materials, process documents, and help files
Proactively improve and maintain interaction model with partner teams by managing and facilitating key support program initiatives
Identify broad quality issues and communicate them to business customers
Complete additional projects as, assigned

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of process management or operations experience
At least 2 years of experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
1 year of experience in supporting talent acquisition
1 year of experience using data to perform trend analysis
2 years of experience in quality assurance
2 years of risk management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond, VA: $56,800 - $64,800 for Principal HR CoordinatorCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
