Central to these efforts is the team responsible for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and Experience (DevEx). This team owns the technical ecosystem that empowers our software and data engineering organizations to execute with maximum velocity. You have a genuine interest in how Generative AI and intelligent automation can be woven into the developer toolkit to remove friction, automate repetitive tasks, and scale the impact of the entire engineering organization.

You will focus on creating a unified experience between core infrastructure and data pipelines to accelerate the deployment of intelligent models.

Productize Platform Services:You treat integration architecture and cross-application data flows as core product services. You will refine our existing API patterns and service delivery to ensure all platform offerings are modular, discoverable, and provide a consistent foundation for decentralized teams.

Communicate Technical Clarity and Precision:You possess the ability to think and speak about highly technical infrastructure problems with precision. You can effectively bridge the gap between engineering complexities and product outcomes, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on the roadmap for platform enhancements.

Bridge Technical Depth with User Empathy: You blend a strong technical background with a customer-centric mindset. You possess genuine empathy for your users allowing you to evolve platform solutions that are high-performing, intuitive, and developer-friendly.
