Responsibilities:

-         Provides primary coaching and oversight to our Inside Sales team by ensuring sales protocol is followed and business results are maximized.

-         Responsible for inside sales coaching of a high-performance sales team in 9 Regional Buying Centers to meet and exceed all critical sales performance objectives.

-         Responsible for coordinating activities and partnering with the Sales Management team to obtain maximum efficiencies in production.

-         Must possess a well-developed capacity to analyze and organize a sales team of inside sales representatives, including time management, account management, problem solving, and customer interaction skills.

-         Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with others on assigned tasks and projects while meeting all deadlines.

-         Must be able to independently identify issues and proactively provide solutions.

-         Must be able to engage directly and effectively with the Key Customers to build strong relationships and to generate incremental origination volumes.

-         Provides oversight on policy and procedure adherence and ensures compliant actions.

-         Provide insights observed in the field to the training team in order to ensure they can create and address training materials for common knowledge gaps identified.

-         Effectively communicate across the organization including Senior Leadership

-         Project Management experience a plus

-         Travel:  This position will travel up to 75 percent of the time (across the US). With a preference that the candidate is located in Plano, but will consider candidates across the country.

Basic Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

·         At least 5 years experience managing teams or people in the financial services industry or at least 5 years of sales experience within the auto finance industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree

·         5+ years of credit underwriting experience in the indirect lending, auto finance industry.

·         6+ years of experience managing people or teams in the auto finance industry.

·         1+ year experience analyzing, reporting on and setting goals based on performance metrics.

·         Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano, TX: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Client Development

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
