Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a Principal Associate, Assessment & Team Effectiveness Program Manager to partner with learning consultants to analyze, identify and recommend learning experiences for people leaders and teams across Capital One. As a member of Learning Horizontal Operations, you will orchestrate strategic and tactical delivery of our Assessment and Team Effectiveness Portfolio, managing day to day operations, partnering with 3rd Party Suppliers, and working across the organization to deliver learning solutions that meet business imperatives.

In this position, you will contribute immediately through analyzing our current assessment portfolio to decision on our go-forward suite of offerings while managing current offerings and experiences.

What your day to day will look like:
Recommend, implement, and maintain team effectiveness offerings to support teams with collaboration, norming, planning, and team building
Contribute to creating a strategy and utilization needs for external team effectiveness vendors, with clear recommendations for measuring results and return on investment
Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and emerging needs grounded in data insights
Build and manage the team effectiveness portfolio and suite of offerings, managing vendor relationships, and updating the content as needed
Analyzing data participation trends and feedback input to provide recommendations and insights to support strategy development and offerings
Partner with identified stakeholders to align learning efforts to various organizational/business imperatives
Here is what you need to be successful:
Proven ability to navigate across a large organization to drive change and influence on-time deliverables across multiple job families (ie. Learning Consultants, Program Managers, Data Analysts, and Learning Leaders)
An understanding of how a large-scale L&D organization functions from client intake to end learning solution (internally built or external vendor) to expedite the delivery of world-class learning solutions while remaining fiscally and resourcefully responsible
Showcase an openness to diverse viewpoints and perspectives to drive consensus on solutions that align with the organization’s standardization efforts
Ability to work with minimal oversight, delivering high-quality results on-time
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in program management or learning delivery
At least 2 years of experience using or managing team effectiveness models and tools such as the Tuckman model, the Lencioni model, CliftonStrengths, SDI (Core Strengths), MBTI, DiSC, or other team or personality assessments
At least 1 year of experience delivering assessment debriefs or workshops
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Educational Consulting
3+ years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management
Certification in CliftonStrengths, SDI (Core Strengths), MBTI, DiSC, or other team or personality assessments

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $108,900 - $124,300 for Learning ConsultantCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
