Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) team is looking for a Project Manager to lead prioritized US Card Learning & Development programs and strategies. You'll partner with key Learning (US and International), US Card, HRBP, Product, and Tech leaders to design, socialize and implement L&D programs for US Card.

Partner with Accountable Executives, HR leaders, and key business stakeholders to co-create the annual strategic learning agenda, defining vision, OKRs, operating, and governance models, and ensuring seamless integration and execution across business and learning initiatives
Own the measurement and evaluation strategy to ensure learning solutions deliver desired outcomes
Influence, not just communicate; you can convey complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience and you rally associates and stakeholders to partner with you
Project manage multiple initiatives, providing strategic direction and driving end-to-end results
Manage project scope, timelines, and budget, identifying and mitigating risks or escalating as necessary

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in client facing consulting
At least 3 years of experience in learning and development
At least 1 year of experience in project management
At least 1 year of experience in learning strategy creation
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in learning and development
At least 3 years of experience in learning strategy creation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Project ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
