Summary:
The Estate Pr. Coordinators are responsible for the flawless execution of processing and reviewing legal orders related to Fiduciary accounts, including Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Conservators and Guardians. This person should be proactive and an autonomous problem-solver with strong attention to detail, exceptional written communication skills, and the ability to navigate the “gray space” of customer situations. This role is critical for meeting service levels, achieving production targets and handling escalated issues.
Work Setup: Onsite. Candidates must be amenable to a night shift schedule.
General Responsibilities:
Fiduciary Management: Review and process Power of Attorney, Guardianship, and Trust documents, performing necessary account maintenance to add Fiduciary agents.
Project and Process Execution: Own and execute process improvements in partnership with other teams. Actively support team projects as requested by leadership.
Workflow and Communication Management: Efficiently manage shared mailboxes, responding to customers in writing. Handle both internal and external escalations promptly.
Time and Task Management: Effectively manage multiple deliverables, adhere to all regulatory and internal deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.
Team Engagement: Actively participate and engage in all team meetings.
System and Case Proficiency: Able to work proficiently across different Capital One systems and various case types.
Exhibits flexibility and responds quickly to meet changing business needs including other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:
Two (2) years college level education or equivalent bank work experience
Two (2) years of experience in Retail Banking
At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively to meet demands.
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience reviewing legal documents
