Fixed Term Associate - HR Coordinator (Pre-Onboarding)

• To assist the Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Recruitment.

General Responsibilities:

• Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment 

    • Perform end-to-end activities in the pre-onboarding process:

      • Conducts phone screening

      • Facilitates and monitors background checks and pre-employment requirements of candidates.

      • Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and offsite events.

      • Reporting and Analytics

• May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to subfunctions within HR 

• Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course 

• Professional Experience: Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience. 

• Must possess analytical skills and customer focus. 

• Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences 

• Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business need.

• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

• Amenable to working in a hybrid setup on a shifting schedule
