We are hiring a Principal Associate to support key HR priorities. The Principal associate plays a critical role in identifying and executing on process improvement areas across the team along with planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes, such as talent management and performance management activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives to execute on HR solutions that are aligned to the business needs 

• Lead and provide direction to People Leaders regarding Performance and Talent Experience. Support conversation with respect to talent attraction, development and retention

• Seek continuous improvements in HR policies and evaluate current processes for increased efficiencies. Reinforces policies and practices – promptly escalates and assists to resolve issues.

• Proactively explore, pilot, and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core HR processes and talent strategies

• Support the planning, delivery, and facilitation of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, change management, succession planning, all associate surveys, and organizational design 

• Develop walk-around decks, communications, data analysis, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or “train the trainer” sessions 

• Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversations 

Basic Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s Degree or PGDM Full-time

• At least 2 years of client facing experience OR at least 2 years of consulting experience OR a combination 

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources

• At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination

• 3+ years of client facing experience or 3+ years of consulting experience or a combination

• 3+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting 

• 1+ year of experience in Project or Process Management
