At DataLabs, Capital One India, we solve fundamental business problems at scale using advanced analytics, data science and machine learning. A day in the life of a Capital One Auto Finance Projects Principal Associate 

Responsibilities:

• Partner US and India Leadership teams on key initiatives and execute process improvements

• Operational Understanding of finance processes and ability to execute as needed

• Business Partner teams in India and the US to ensure that operational rhythm is maintained

• Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various lines of Business

• Lead & execute complex Finance projects. Illustrative examples include: (1) ERP implementation (2) Setting up of Advance Pricing Agreement, (3) ESOP implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Any two of the listed qualifications: CA / MBA / CFA / CPA / FRM / CMA 

• 3-5 years of Work Experience 

Skills Required 

• Effective Presentation Creation and Communication skills 

• Structured Problem Solving 

• Collaborative, and Solution Oriented
