This role is critical to the growth and integrity of our program, focusing on ensuring that all new venues are successfully integrated into the Capital One ecosystem. The role will serve as the architect of the partner journey, maintaining internal data integrity and quality assurance to ensure our cardholders have access to a great restaurant benefits experience.

The Restaurant Partnerships, Project Management lead will act as the bridge between a signed contract and a live, high-performing restaurant partner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the lifecycle of a partnership: from the initial welcome and portal enablement to ongoing quality audits. You will collaborate across teams to manage the visual and technical representation of our partners, ensuring every detail, from photography to booking availability, meets Capital One’s high standards.

Capital One provides a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can excel in your career. At Capital One, diversity, inclusion & belonging are valued at our core, sparking and enabling us to do good for our associates, customers and communities. We nurture an environment that attracts and develops talent from all backgrounds and experiences, and empower our associates to do great work by creating a culture of belonging.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for new venues, ensuring they are set up to deliver on contract commitments and fully enabled for bookings.

  • Program Fulfillment: Oversee perk fulfillment and manage communications regarding "bad actor" behavior.

  • Data & Metadata Management: Manage internal metadata to ensure platform accuracy, including restaurant photos, hours of operation, website domains, and physical addresses.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits on restaurant inventory and oversee comprehensive QA for internal metadata and tagging systems.

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end offboarding/churn process and execute ad-hoc projects such as image resizing, blurb refreshes, and perk intake form management.

  • Ongoing Issue Resolution: Handle escalations related to mystery shopping and CEMP (Customer Experience Management Program) surveys to maintain high service standards and partner accountability.

A Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • An obsession with detail and a commitment to data integrity and platform excellence.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage the technical onboarding of multiple partners simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills to guide new partners through the integration process and manage internal expectations.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly when identifying data discrepancies or inventory gaps.

  • The ability to balance routine operational maintenance with ad-hoc creative projects like content refreshes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, data management, or hospitality operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Systems Management, or Hospitality.

  • 3+ years of experience in an operations-heavy role or digital content management.

  • Experience with CRM tools and data visualization platforms.

  • Proven track record of managing complex onboarding processes or quality assurance programs.

  • Strong interest in the intersection of dining technology and customer experience.
