Senior Strategy & Operations Lead

The Strategy and Operations Lead will manage strategic priorities and key project execution in the newly formed Mexico City Tech Hub, supporting the Mexico Site Leadership Team. They will play a critical role in the strategic management of business operations across a new and growing Mexico City Tech Hub organization, influencing, and developing relationships across horizontal business and partner leaders and organizations, including Risk, HR, Finance, ESM, GWS, as well as other key stakeholders 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with the Mexico leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.

  • Directly support the Mexico leadership team, with a particular focus on enterprise connections, and strategy development execution.

  • Own timely execution of monthly and quarterly horizontal reporting deliverables related to strategic and operational priorities.

  • Identify problems, develop solutions, and implement strategies to address them.

  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills. Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders at all levels.

  •  Manage, inform, and influence upwards and laterally to drive organizational and strategic change.

  • Package strategic and analytical insights into clear, concise and “executive-ready” presentations.

  • Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize the concrete impact our initiatives are having on our objectives.

  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements. Brings the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic plans

  • 4+ years in communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups

  • 3+ years of experience working on high level projects partnering with Senior Leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in problem solving and story telling

  • 2+ years of experience in analysis, decision-making, and project management can be valuable

  • Corporate strategy or strategic consulting background is desired
