The Premium Products & Experiences business is accelerating Capital One’s journey to the top of the market. We have launched an award-winning flagship credit card Venture X, launching of our Capital One Travel, Dining and Entertainment portals, curated bespoke exclusive dining and access experiences, rewards, marketing and more.
In this high visibility role, you will report directly into the Premium Products, Rewards and Marketing Chief of Staff team supporting a Senior Vice President and leadership team. You will work on a diverse set of strategic projects based on the top of house priorities, help deliver well-executed processes that improve team efficiency, and bolster the broader team engagement. The ideal candidate can solve problems and quickly operationalize solutions, while building for sustainability and scalability, strong organizational skills, and is proactive in managing their work. Through this role the candidate will need to be able to structure their thinking to effectively influence others and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to create, socialize, and mobilize against data driven strategies and initiatives in a thoughtful way
Support and lead multiple moderate to large horizontal priorities, programs, and special projects across the team concurrently
Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders
Connect dots across multiple leaders to understand and aggregate impacts to the business
Own and direct work across teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery
Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level modeling and analytics
Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel. Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to-market strategies
Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
Deliver on bolstering a collaborative working environment amongst our Premium Product & Experiences organization

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of project management experience
At least 2 years of writing or communications experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience
1+ year of people management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Experience collaborating with senior leadership
Experience achieving results with complex projects

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
