Shalini’s passion for building a better world has served her well since joining Capital One in 1999.
As a senior manager in Cyber Tech, she’s able to use her tech skills to help safeguard customers’ data and advocate for women in tech, paving the way for the next generation. Her dedication to empowering new technologists has inspired both of her daughters to pursue a career in STEM.
