Grace’s story: Embracing fearlessness
Grace followed a supportive manager to Capital One. Once she got here in 2012, she realized that former supervisor was one of countless leaders who identified growth opportunities and gave her the space to pursue them.
She’s taken on new career paths and become a leader in Auto Finance and HOLA, our Business Resource Group for hispanic associates and allies.
“I’ve learned that growth and development happens most in my career when I lean into my fear and go for something that makes me uncomfortable,” said Grace, a senior manager of client development for Financial Services.
