As UI/UX Designers on the Enterprise partnership/cobrand experience, we:

  • Partner with the product lines and business teams to infuse cobrand strategies into enterprise product offerings to create a blended commerce experience. 

  • Create frameworks to deliver consistent, efficient and authentic brand experience cross native and web and enable speed to market solutioning. 

  • Translate user needs and requirements into elegant solutions, concepts and interaction models that scale and fit within larger established systems and patterns.

  • Lead empathy research and usability studies to discover, test, iterate and innovate. 

  • Advocate for and be the voice of our customer in everything we do. 

 

What you bring:

  • Solid visual and UI design skills to create concepts and prototypes.

  • Storytelling to develop clear and powerful concepts to peers, management, and executive stakeholders. 

  • Be a leader and mentor; you’ll challenge, grow and mentor designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative team spirit. 

  • Superior attention to details and impeccable documentation on design standards and guidelines for component and patterns. 

  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision.

  • Participation in all aspects of the design process to understand the user journey, frame problems, define insights, create compelling visions, and not afraid to develop new methods and practices for our work. 

  • An insatiable appetite for learning new things. 

  • Confidence and pride of work and passion for what you do

  • Be fluent in one practice area (experience strategy, service design, interaction design, visual design, or design research) that sets you apart from the pack.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Military Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction 

  • At least 7 years of experience with User Experience Design for digital products, mobile and responsive web design. 

  • Proficiency with standard digital tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, InVision, Balsamiq, and Axure
