As Product Designers on the Enterprise Servicing Build Book Team, we:
Think at scale. We design systems, frameworks and components that aim to deliver consistent UX and and enable speed to market solutions
Create and extend Build Book using traditional design philosophies and user research that is applicable across features and channels.
Identify and elevate component or pattern with high business value and user key behaviors.
Are unapologetically data-driven, monitoring feedback and translating learning and insights from research and testing to iterate and enhance components and patterns.
Forge an alliance with design/tech/product/operation by being an advocate a healthy culture of collaboration.
Enable and empower teams to contribute and evolve the centralized design system.
Partner with talented designers in a highly collaborative, supportive environment (Research, Strategy, IA).
What you bring:
Superior attention to details and impeccable documentation on design standards and guidelines for component and patterns.
Close collaboration with Web and Mobile Engineering Teams
Participation in all aspects of the design process to understand the user journey, frame problems, define insights, create compelling visions, and not afraid to develop new methods and practices for our work.
The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
Experience presenting and selling design concepts to peers, management, and executive stakeholders.
An insatiable appetite for learning new things.
Confidence and pride of work and passion for what you do
Be a leader and mentor; you’ll challenge, grow and mentor designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative team spirit.
Be fluent in one practice area (experience strategy, service design, interaction design, visual design, or design research) that sets you apart from the pack.
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent
5+ years of experience with user experience design for digital products
Proficiency with standard digital tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, InVision, Balsamiq, and Axure
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS and Github
