We’re seeking a natural storyteller and connector to join the Talent Communications team. Through a multi-channel approach, you’ll inform and engage associates across the organization, helping them stay connected to our goals and feeling confident about their ability to adopt new tools, platforms, and practices we’re launching to support our recruiting efforts. You’ll develop communications plans, deeply understand team and stakeholder needs, drive change management strategies, produce engaging collateral for our internal communication channels, craft leadership updates, and more.
What we’re looking for:
A storyteller who understands that being a communications expert is so much more than crafting and reviewing emails
A creative problem solver with the ability to connect teams, workstreams, and ideas through a compelling narrative
A change expert who knows how to bring people along on the journey by addressing their concerns and impediments, and helps them see the light at the end of the tunnel
A strong writer who can adapt tone and personality to seamlessly shift between writing snackable copy, to long form content, to informational email communications
A team player who approaches assignments from a customer-centric perspective, while also understanding higher-level business and marketing objectives

Have a clear understanding of tone and the ability to quickly adapt your writing style
Work quickly without compromising quality, knowing that iteration and testing are just part of creating exceptional experiences
Take initiative, aren’t afraid to fail, ask thoughtful questions, and constantly seek better ways of working and communicating
Feel confident in sharing your thought process and rationale with peers and leaders alike
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of communications experience
At least 2 years of experience in multichannel communications
At least 1 year of experience in financial services or other highly regulated industry
At least 1 year of experience in change management
At least 1 year of experience in process management
