We are looking for team-players who are solution-oriented, are comfortable working in some ambiguity, and have excellent communication skills.
We are hiring at multiple levels and across multiple teams, looking for individuals to help drive the early career strategy within our Tech, Analyst and Enterprise organizations. Our teams recruit and manage rotational or skill development programs at Capital One, and you would serve as a liaison to help build our entry level pipeline and bridge the gap between campuses and corporate.
Core responsibilities will vary but may include:
Program/delivery execution and management
Consulting and problem solving on campus associate-related matters
Large scale event and meeting facilitation
Driving key components of program strategy and influencing decisions
Stakeholder relationship management and communication between our talent and the business partners that support and fund the talent
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience working in program management or at least 1 year of working in employee development or engagement or a combination of both
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, consulting, or HR or at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a combination of these
Experience with project or process management
Experience with event management
Experience interpreting metrics and trends
Experience in Powerpoint and Excel OR Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
