Principal Associate, Project/Process Lead, Campus Strategy & Shared Services

We are hiring Principal Associate talent across multiple teams, looking for individuals to help drive critical leadership functions within our Campus Strategy and Shared Services organization. Our teams provide both vertical and horizontal support to our recruiting and program teams, as well as, our broader OneCampus organization. As a leader in this space, you will serve as a critical connection point between our Campus teams, our partner teams in Talent Acquisition, and our own teams within Campus Strategy and Shared Services.

Core responsibilities will vary but may include:

  • Leading a process or project team responsible for delivering the Campus corporate onboarding experience, horizontal Campus team training and risk mitigation, or high impact strategic and horizontal initiatives for the Campus organization

  • Leading the strategic direction of your respective process or project team, which may include defining team scope and impact, strengthening partner interaction models, and communicating team goals across OneCampus and relevant stakeholders 

  • Managing stakeholder relationships and influencing across partner groups

  • Identifying key opportunities across the OneCampus organization or partner groups and employing process improvement techniques, relevant training or targeted communications to close gaps and create more efficient processes, or delivering long-term sustainable and scalable solutions

  • Consulting and problem solving across the OneCampus organization

  • Serving as a people leader for 3-4 direct reports, empowering and inspiring them to deliver their best work each day, establishing a team environment where each team member feels included and valued, and managing all talent and performance management activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 3 years of project or process management experience or experience working in recruiting, onboarding, HR, learning and development, talent acquisition risk or consulting 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (ie: Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of project or process management experience or experience working in recruiting, onboarding, HR, learning and development, talent acquisition risk or consulting

  • Experience leading small teams focused on project or process management, recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, talent acquisition risk, consulting, or other HR functions

  • At least 3 years of experience in Google Suite products (ie: Sheets, Slides, Docs)

  • At least 1 year of people leadership experience 

  • Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data
