As a Learning Program Manager within Tech College, you’ll be part of a team responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging learning experiences and solutions that will fuel our growth as a Tech company and help our associates develop cutting-edge skills.
The lead Learning Program Manager for the new Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) training program will coordinate a cross functional program team and lead the delivery of a ~190 hour blended learning program to engineers who are nominated for this cohort-based learning program. In partnership with the delivery team, you will facilitate multiple training cohorts per year. You will grow and scale MLE training to reach engineers at multiple levels, with a variety of self-paced, instructor-led, and hands-on project based learning activities.
Own the program & interface with learners, managers, stakeholders
Oversee recurring program activities and design new activities to engage new audiences
Grow and scale the program to multiple cohorts per year
Expand the MLE training curriculum to new modalities and learners by expanding learner personas, learning objectives, and experience maps
Create and maintain the curriculum plan and roadmap in partnership with a curriculum lead
Create and maintain the syllabus/ learner schedule in partnership with a curriculum lead
Ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Identify ways to improve and streamline learner experiences
Synthesize training/learner data and feedback and refine curriculum as necessary
The ideal candidate for this role will:
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of client consulting experience
Bachelor's, Master’s, or MBA degree
3+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of client consulting experience
1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Experience creating technical curriculum
Experience using learning technologies such as Enterprise LMS, social learning platforms, or online learning content providers
