Diversity and Military Recruiting Program Lead

We’re seeking a Diversity and Military Recruiting Program Lead with experience in Persons with Disabilities Recruiting  to develop and execute our enterprise-wide strategy for attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key internal and external partners across the country, achieving business hiring goals  through the sponsorship and support of key community engagement initiatives. You’ll build a multi-faceted program reinforcing Capital One’s commitment to creating career opportunities for active military, veterans, military spouses, and persons with disabilities, including recruiting events, speaking engagements, internship programs, digital talent marketing opportunities and more.  In addition, you’ll create strategies for our Enterprise Diversity Recruiting team, building our external brand with key partners and organizations focused on diverse talent.

Partnering closely with our Business Resource Groups, you’ll collaborate and connect across the enterprise, leveraging a committed and passionate group of associate volunteers to support your efforts. In this high visibility role, you’ll have access to and support from senior leadership across the business and Talent Acquisition.

  • Ability to travel regionally and nationally approximately 30%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in military or veteran recruiting

  • At least 5 years of experience in diversity or inclusion program management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with corporate business resource groups

  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services
