Manager, Digital Messaging Marketing

Our Digital Messaging Marketing team is looking for an experienced Digital Messaging Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of our digital messaging process, capabilities, and analytics. We are looking for someone to join us in defining and implementing the transformation of our email, alert, and online messaging capabilities to help us deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing a roadmap to transform our digital marketing functions to enable best in class customer experiences
  • Leading a team of process managers, data analysts, and product owners to design and flawlessly execute digital messaging campaigns
  • Maintaining and continuously improving well-managed digital messaging processes
  • Partnering with enterprise and strategy teams to establish AB testing framework and bring new technical capabilities to Canada
  • Applying leadership skills such as communication, influence, problem solving and change leadership to help drive key priorities

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital messaging, process management and/or marketing operations
  • At least 3 years’ experience in people leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Process Management experience, with preference for some training and/or certification
  • Experience with email marketing, alert, and SMS notification
  • Experience with product management and work with IT teams
