- Respond to general servicing inquiries from Capital One customers
- Exercise problem solving skills and promote card benefits on retention efforts
- Update customer and account information as needed
- Interact with various Capital One departments to resolve customer inquiries
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations to Capital One based on customer feedback, observations and trends
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Fluent in English and French, written and oral
