The human resource coordinator is responsible for operational and transactional tasks required to assist associates with all first level inquiries and perform other duties as required.


Provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot and resolve HR inquiries

Track issues, identify trends, develop reports and escalate issues and concerns to the HR Help Centre Manager.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all HR systems

Be knowledgeable of, and ensure adherence to all HR procedures/polices.

Determine the root cause of a problem or issue and ensures timely and accurate resolution.

Assist with testing and implementation of new system functionality, and collaborate regularly with colleagues from other lines of business and support functions

Continually innovate and work on process improvements

Basic Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English and demonstrates excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

At least 1 Year of Customer Service/Call Centre experience

At least 1 year of experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

At least 1 year of human resources experience

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent analytical and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in pension, payroll, and/or call centre environment
