As a Director you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption around one of the most exciting vectors within Capital One - our Technology and Digital product area. The Director will be a key player in setting the vision for our brand in the technology category as well as positioning of our digital products to a growing audience of technologists, talent and consumers. You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders and lines of business to deliver innovative marketing programs that push our brand forward.
What you’ll do
Provide leadership, structure, and direction to a talented and hardworking team of brand markers, product marketers and strategists
Develop strategies for establishing awareness of Capital One as a forward-thinking technology company while still staying true to our financial roots
Partner with Talent Marketing and PR teams to increase our brand awareness and drive candidate interest within the Technology segments
Lead marketing programs that differentiate our consumer digital offerings, communicate value to our customers and lead to successful and measurable outcomes
Gather market insights, become an expert on the technology our key audiences value, who are they, how they buy and synthesize to develop value propositions and messaging

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 10 years of Product Marketing experience
At least 5 years of people leadership
Master’s degree in Business, Market Research, or Marketing
Fintech or related consumer technology product experience
Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across an organization
Solid financial and analytical acumen with strong ROI orientation
Proven success managing complex initiatives and taking digital and or software products to market
