Our Voice Self-Service team (Interactive Voice Response) is seeking a Product Manager to help build great digital experiences for millions of customers using technologies like Natural Language Processing, Speech Synthesis, and Machine Learning. Using these technologies, you will be involved in building product strategy to anticipate customer needs.
You'll team with world-class Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, and Engineers to collaborate on new product ideas from concept to launch, while also having a direct impact on customer and business objectives.
Here are a few things you can expect to do in this role:
Lead product initiatives and customer experience from ideation to roll out
Partner with our Tech, Analysts, and Data Science teams to find opportunities to leverage Machine Learning to deliver personalized and contextual experiences for our customers
Drive design and objectives with business cases, design thinking, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis
Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and customer experience
Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new capabilities and features
Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses
Contribute to the overall Voice Servicing product vision and strategy and help represent that to stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master's degree
5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into customer facing digital experiences
