Our Content Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Producer with a passion for creating engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can help develop custom content optimized for distribution across multiple channels including our website’s content hub, social media, display, online video and emerging channels.
In this role you will help re-imagine and transform our digital marketing practices to enable great storytelling through relevant content, elevate the role of analytics in the creative development process and deliver flawless execution across multiple formats and points of distribution. Your purpose is to reinvent how creative development is achieved in a data and technology driven future state!
Identify the best possible production partner (internal and external partners) to deliver creative at the highest level of quality within timeline and budget.
Coordinate delivery of assets between creative and production teams to ensure the correct brand-compliant imagery and graphics are in use.
Act as “scrum master” for the Learn & Grow content hub, working with the Strategist, Product Manager and creative team to prioritize work, groom the publishing calendar and help identify when additional resources are needed to keep the team on schedule.
Manage the creative production process from start to finish with an eye towards improving our craft and applying learning and insights to improve the finished product.
Ensure all content is proofread, legal-approved, optimized for search engines, and aligns with brand identity.
Coordinate delivery of final produced work and confirm it’s created to specifications, archived as appropriate and that final files and component assets are uploaded to our DAM with the proper metadata.
Track usage rights and ensure proper licensing of stock and music.
Review production SOWs/contracts to ensure maximum flexibility in asset usage and route contracts for review through the proper channels. The ideal candidate has excellent negotiation skills and ability to see through the fine print.
Establish best practices for creating high quality content across every channel and maximizing productions to output for different formats and points of distribution.
Work closely with our dynamic content distribution team to define specifications for upload of assets for dynamic creative.
Inspire the team with best-in-class examples and new formats/emerging channels.
Contribute to our list of go-to production partners and freelancers who understand the brand and our production model.
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years' experience in integrated video content production
At least 4 years' experience working with interdisciplinary teams including art directors, copywriters, strategists, analysts and product marketers
At least 2 years’ experience in video content production for digital or social distribution
At least 3 years’ experience in financial services marketing or another highly regulated industry
Deep understanding of the process, equipment, software and skill sets needed to create video (animation/live action), photography, illustration and written content as well as some knowledge of website development and Content Management Systems.
Deep understanding of digital and social best practices for effective content
Understanding and experience with dynamic creative production processes and technologies (platforms like Jivox, RevJet, Evergage, flashtalking, etc.)
Experience with technical production oversight including website development, HTML5 display and email. Some understanding of web technologies and frameworks and how the content we create will be implemented.
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and understanding of taxonomy and workflow for organizing and categorizing assets.
