Senior Associate, Brand Strategy, Consumer Digital Products Marketing

Our Brand Digital Products Marketing team is looking for an experienced Brand Strategist to help develop brand positioning, identify objectives and key results, and develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies that will drive consumer adoption and usage of various digital products. You will develop strategies that support marketing initiatives intended to impact brand health and drive successful business results.

What you’ll do

  • Develop top-of-house strategies that break through the noise. 

    • This includes, but is not limited to developing: value propositions, go to market strategies, competitor analysis deep dives, naming products, and fully integrated marketing campaigns.

    • Write and edit creative briefs that include informed insights and clear messaging.

    • Evolve and optimize brand strategies informed by past results, market changes, and consumer insights.

  • Collaborate with a lot of smart people.

    • Work with your team—other brand and marketing strategists, creative agencies, creative directors, copywriters, and art directors.

    • Work with your partners—line of business partners, product teams, internal marketing, legal and compliance, brand media, brand advertising, brand social & content. 

    • Partner across Brand on key initiatives impacting Naming, Architecture, Positioning and Performance Marketing.

  • Get stuff done. On time. Every time. 

    • Manage multiple deadlines on numerous projects happening at the same time. 

    • Partner closely with our B2C Digital Products Creative team and external agencies to ensure deliverables ladder back to our strategy.

    • Execute owned and paid campaigns from concept to launch and reporting such as sponsored content, local market tests, email, social, online video, audio, display and mass ad campaigns.

    • Listen to and incorporate feedback in your everyday work.

    • Determine when to use existing solutions or start from scratch, so you can invest your time where it matters.

  • Understand the goals of a project, take direction well, prioritize accordingly and ask questions when you need clarity. 

  • Present your work in a compelling way to create support across different audiences.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience developing and executing marketing or brand strategy 

  • At least 1 year of product marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business Strategy

  • Mobile and/or digital tech marketing experience

  • 4 years of experience developing and executing marketing or brand strategy

  • 2+ years of product marketing experience

  • 2+ years Financial Services marketing experience

  • Experience working with a Fortune 100 brand
