Job ID R105751 Updated date 01/28/2021The successful candidate will flex between playing the Product Manager “exploration” role and the Product Owner “execution” role. You will leverage your design thinking skills to find creative and targeted solutions to our end users needs as we bring autonomy and self-service to the Identity Platform.
The ideal candidate is imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited to enable our Users, Builders & Contributors to shape the future of identity experiences for Capital One applications & products.
In this role you will:
Rely on user-centered design and lean product principles to capture customer needs to prioritize feature & service delivery for the Identity Platform’s Consumers and business-to-business (B2B) clients
Own the vision for Platform self-service, community contribution & the strategic roadmap to get us there
Author and track Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for our self-service experiences to motivate, inspire and bring strategic transparency to our organization
Participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps
Act as the integration lead to drive adoption & usage of identity services across all businesses
Balance qualitative & quantitative data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
Evangelize the Platform vision, strategy and offerings to our users, partners, and customers via digital and physical channels

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 year of experience in product management
At least 3 year of experience in Agile Software Delivery
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience managing a B2B Platform as a service, a consumer online service, retail or other e-commerce industry
Working knowledge of Fraud, Cyber & Identity technologies
