We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and strategic Producer with a proven track record of producing efficient and effective photo & video content productions. A Producer with varied experience ranging from line producing small projects to driving big budget productions for direct to brand and/or agency projects. Someone who is a perennial student of the execution of best-in-class creative and loves creating solutions that really make a difference for the work, the process and the team.
With your support, your team will execute consumer and internal facing work and help continue to build the capabilities of the Brand Creative production team.

What you’ll do to help make a difference:
Bring experience working in either/both client servicing Ad-Agency or in-house creative corporate culture.
Identify solutions to efficiently produce content with the highest possible production value.
Collaborate with in-house creative teams and agencies providing guidance on production approaches, budgets, schedules and production partners to best execute projects.
Demonstrate knowledge of commercial production practices & trends and educate stakeholders on the production process.
Anticipate and proactively address obstacles and help establish production as a partner who manages all details in the interests of the greater team and the production at hand.
Present to stakeholders with a convincing style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities—both for your team and department.
Day to day ownership of photo & video producer duties on assigned projects from:
establishing & maintaining production calendar,
production partner sourcing,
ensuring proper releases for all talent and intellectual property,
routing for approvals from key stakeholders
problem solving any production related issues along the way to fully delivering creative intent on time and on budget.
keeping production leadership informed of production related matters and seeking approval at critical stages
Identify & propose effective solutions to production problems.
Attendance & weekly updates to production status.
Develop and maintain third party production supplier & internal partner relationships.
Day to Day collaboration on projects to ensure team goals, vision, best practices are achieved.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years agency or in-house brand production experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Creative thinker with a desire to help people further their creative goals
At least 4 years agency or in-house brand production experience
Basic knowledge of industry trade & guild guidelines, standards & contracts including: SAG/AFTRA DGA, AICP, AICE, etc.
