The Enterprise Campus Team in Human Resources is seeking a Principal Coordinator who will provide support for Students and GradsPrograms. The Principal Coordinator will provide logistical support for 2 of our campus programs, working with the Program Managers to implement process improvements and ensure flawless execution of program-related events. During the Fall recruiting season, the Principal Coordinator will provide support to our EnterpriseStudents and GradsRecruiting Team.
Campus Programs responsibilities include:
Event Scheduling: Schedule rooms, place catering orders, secure A/V support, and send invites on behalf of Program Managers and Program Councils for key program experiences.
Event Support: Attend major program events and provide on-the-ground support for events such as Onboarding, Learning Experiences, Graduation, etc. (will require occasional night and weekend travel / event support).
Program Management Support: Provide administrative support to Program Managers, including updating communications, program rosters, referral trackers, budget trackers, role trackers etc. Support Program Council as needed.
Communication Support: Review and send communications on behalf of Program Managers to a variety of stakeholders (current Program associates, Program alumni, Program managers, etc.).
Mailbox and Calendar Management & Additional Administrative Support: Monitor Program mailboxes and respond to inquiries and escalate to Program Managers as needed. Maintain Program calendars and update invites accordingly. Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate is professional, results-oriented, has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines for multiple deliverables, and is exceptionally attentive to detail.
Skills / Experience:
Must be okay with repetitive work
Must be open and flexible to varying types of work on a daily basis. Looking for a go-getter to jump in and assist wherever needed
Must be proficient in Google Suite, especially Sheets
Must be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be open to occasional evening and weekend travel for event support
At least 1 year of project management or process management experience
At least 1 year of experience working with Google Suite of products (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
At least 2 years of corporate event planning experience
Experience working at a technology company
Experience working in a human resources role
Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data
