Commercial Card is an exciting, fast-growing business within the Commercial Bank poised to grow to multiples of its current size over the next few years. A Commercial Card is much more than the typical corporate card used for travel and expense - businesses use our product to pay suppliers using purchasing cards, virtual cards, and e-payables. The business agenda is focused on high growth and a market leading product. We continue to develop our operations and risk functions to scale and enable this growing business.
The Commercial Card Fraud function manages all aspects of fraud risk management across the end to end of the business, and begins to get deeper into the Virtual Cards space and shape up the end-to-end transaction experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
This person is responsible for designing and building processes to support the CML Card Virtual Card Strategy and Transaction Experience agenda. Examples of deliverables may include redesigning Virtual card E2E transaction experience, and setting up a scalable transaction decline experience process.
We are looking for a self-motivated and intellectually curious individual who loves to seek and solve problems. They will need to be able to build and design a sound process, and craft and drive the improvement agenda. Excellent communication and teamwork are a must as there are multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage. The team needs to continue to scale for growth and this individual must be comfortable working – often as a performer - in an entrepreneurial environment, where many solutions will need to be developed, at a high energy and pace. A deep understanding of client experience and B2B payments/credit card products is a plus.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
Process certifications: Business Process Management (BPM) or Lean, Six Sigma
At least 2 years of experience working with Fraud & Disputes
At least 2 years of People Management experience
