The PDML team develops and manages the critical platforms that support our Card business, as well as the models and machine learning capabilities to deliver real-time, intelligent experiences for our customers and our business. This important work requires an incredible team of high-performing talent. In this role, you will influence the PDML culture with engagement events and communications that support continued innovation, transformation and growth for the business.

We’re looking for a communicator who can bring fresh, bold ideas to the table for connecting team members in new ways and creating meaningful communications and ‘moments that matter’ to promote associate engagement and drive value for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team events from ideation through production, including All Hands meetings and special events.

  • Partner with Chief of Staff, HR, local teams, and others to develop and promote PDML-wide volunteer and engagement campaigns.

  • Draft a news story to highlight the latest big win our team delivered for the business.

  • Work with our graphics design team to finalize creatives for a team-wide volunteer campaign.

  • Meet with our Card Communications Production team to plan out the editorial calendar of campaigns and stories for the next quarter and negotiate competing priorities as needed.

  • Work with internal partners and external vendors to ensure the next All Hands meeting goes off smoothly.

  • Participate in the PDML Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Council to identify storytelling opportunities.

You’ll need to wear many hats including:

  • Journalist and storyteller: You go after the news and have excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate complicated issues into a clear point of view, and create a compelling, concise and well-written narrative.

  • Creative wiz: You know how to create communications and campaigns that grab attention and get results.

  • Problem-solver: You understand intent and goals for a project, develop plans to meet those needs, and relentlessly pursue options to deliver results.

  • Project Leader: You’re detailed- and process-oriented and adeptly manage several projects and initiatives at once. You have relentlessly high standards and attention to the smallest details.

  • Juggler: You don’t get overwhelmed or flustered easily. You reprioritize as needed to adjust with changing business needs, and take action with urgency as appropriate.

  • Valued partner: You have a proven track record of collaborative work relationships and you thrive in a matrixed environment.

  • Team player: You are highly motivated and willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, even in situations where the work is outside of the scope of your respective role.

You’ll love your job THE MOST if you:

  • Are passionate and care about the associate experience and making this a destination team and a great place to work

  • Want to be part of changing banking for good
