Capital One is seeking a Data Loss Prevention Coordinator to coordinate response to DLP Incidents. At Capital One, we believe in the values of Excellence and Doing the Right Thing. You have expert knowledge of DLP, data analytics, incident management, or investigative programs and the ability to communicate those threats to senior leadership.
You have experience in effectively understanding and communicating DLP concepts, trends, people risk, or conduct risk program management.
You are adept at critical thinking, writing, and briefing.
Support day-to-day DLP coordination operations.
Understand technology infrastructure and operational processes in order to enable a more effective response process.
Maintain a catalog detailing DLP response processes and procedures.
Develop, follow, and maintain ‘playbooks’ which provide a visual depiction of various operational response workflows.
Identify and enhance processes where automation has the potential to improve efficiency.
Support the DLP Engineering team in developing key performance indicators to measure success of the DLP Program.
Coordinate with various Information Security Officer teams in clarifying security risks, and roles and responsibilities related to ongoing data loss cases and risks.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Operations, Data Loss Prevention, or Insider Threat
At least 2 years of experience with cyber program development or incident management
6+ years of experience in cyber security, DLP, insider threat, incident response, or technical investigations
1+ years of experience with Amazon Web Service cloud concepts and resources
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), AWS Certification, or Security+ Certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Location is New York City- $190,950 and $225,278 for Manager, Cyber Technical- $156,596 and $184,748 for Prin Assoc, Cyber TechnicalLocation is Colorado- $161,847 and $190,943 for Manager, Cyber Technical- $132,699 and $156,555 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Technical
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.No agencies please.
