Executive Talent Associate

The Executive Talent Associate position is a specialist role that encompasses a variety of program, process, and project management responsibilities, including supporting enterprise executive talent initiatives while ensuring accurate data management and well-managed process execution.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent program management skills and have a detailed oriented focus for managing highly visible, highly confidential and comprehensive documents supporting the development of our executive population. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player with a strong eye for detail and process management and is customer and results-focused and can manage multiple priorities.


  • Data Management (day to day tracking)

  • Program Management for:

    • Regulatory Reporting (support documentation collection and preparation)

    • Board of Directors Review (support documentation collection and preparation)

    • Key Role Succession Planning (tracking, ownership of program)

    • Talent Review (support documentation collection and preparation)

    • Executive Promotion & Calibration support (support documentation collection and preparation)

    • Executive Comp Year end Feedback Process (project management support)

    • Ownership of official records for Executive Talent Management

  • Special Projects:

    • Proactively assess the need for process and/or program improvements and make recommendations to leadership

    • Manage projects within team and cross-functionally

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience

  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources

  • At least one year of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resource

  • 2+ years of experience in Project or 2+ years of experience in Process Management
