Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment.
COAF Loss Mitigation’s Reinstatement Department is an inbound call center designed to assist post repossession customers to regain possession of their vehicles and receive a fresh start by bringing their account up to date.
Work in a fast paced call center environment with customers whose vehicle has been repossessed to negotiate a positive resolution.
- Answers inbound calls from repossessed auto loan customers, vendors, and others in a call center environment.
- Provide reinstatement information to the customer which includes negotiation of reinstatement payment and required stipulations/disclosures.
- Review customer documentation for accuracy, answer questions, and resolve customer issues.
- Release vehicle to the customer upon completion of the reinstatement.

- First Call Resolution – Do you handle all the customer’s concerns in the first call?
- Average Handle Time – Can you do all of the above with speed and efficiency?
- Schedule Compliance – Are you able to follow a specific schedule to be available for our customers?
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At Least 1 year experience in call center collections, or customer service
- 1 years of LM auto finance experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
