Titles Maintenance Senior Coordinator

 

The Titles Maintenance Senior Coordinator is responsible for processing title maintenance transactions within the Title Department.

 

This team is essential. This Titles Maintenance Senior Coordinator role is an onsite position. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to customers, dealerships, DMVs, and other financial institutions Utilize probing questions to obtain required information from customers and third parties and by being firm and using negotiation and influencing skills to obtain required documents

  • Make contact with Capital One Auto Finance borrowers in a professional manner and will communicate state specific title requirements in a manner understandable by persons unaware of state titling requirements

  • Pre-fill state documents required for title maintenance requests, as well as prepare cover letters and operate fax/copy machines.

  • Ability to learn in an ever changing environment

  • Possess strong decision making ability and pay close attention to detail

  • Respond to external/internal requests

  • Respond to email 

  • Resolution of fax and mail requests

  • Learn P&P, updates, and taking required trainings 

  • Meet all SLA requirements

  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsible for daily completion of work volume assigned in Google Sheets 

  • Support CAT and Frontline Agents via Google Hangouts 

  • Become a notary to assist with DMV required documents
     

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience

  • At least 6 months experience servicing customers in the Finance industry

  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite

 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate Degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry

  • At least 1 year of experience in automotive titling processes

  • At least 1 year of experience with handling title documents
