IT Risk Manager, Network Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide representation for Network Assurance team in interactions with Audit and Risk Management organizations

  • Drive the development of a Security Governance program for network and interaction model with Product leaders:  ensure that internal procedures and processes align to enterprise Policies, Standards, and Procedures

  • Partner with Product teams to facilitate remediation of audit and risk assessment findings; design / strengthen controls as needed to ensure compliance with enterprise Policies, Standards, and Procedures

  • Develop Risk Management KPI’s for Network organization that demonstrate overall security posture by Product teams

  • Establish and perform system and information security risk assessments and gap analysis process

  • Manage the Data Network Business Continuity Plan

  • Drive creation of Risks, Exceptions, Issues for Product teams

  • Keep abreast of current security threats and stay current with security technology evolution.

  • Execute Training/Awareness of IT staff regarding their role in managing risk

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Risk Management, Security Management or IT Auditing

  • At least 2 years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent military experience

  • Risk Management Certification such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP etc.

  • Cisco Networking Certifications (CCNA, CCNP – Route/Switch, Security, etc.)

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Risk Management

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Risk Management, Security Management or IT Auditing
