Oversee the operations of our Financial Services data product organization as the “chief operating officer”
Lead a diverse team of project, process, and agile professionals
Ensure all company risk, compliance, and technology requirements are understood and met through management processes and scorecards
Define and set operating procedures, including agile processes, prioritization, monthly business reviews, scorecards, and accountability measures
Identify and establish strong analytical processes, such as reporting to drive accountability and voice of the customer to guide our tech and product teams
Establish communications and customer support standards and processes
Understand and problem solve customer challenges with the data product organization and propose solutions to improve
Interact with Audit and other risk partners as needed
Help elevate and foster engagement within and across teams to strengthen the data product organization
Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills to interact and build strong partnerships across organizational boundaries
Understand the impact of processes and controls on engineering teams and other stakeholders and design solutions to maximize outcomes and minimize manual effort
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, unstructured environment
Develop and foster project, process and agile talent within the organization
At least 7 years experience executing enterprise level cross-functional programs or operations
At least 5 years experience interacting with business stakeholders
At least 5 years of people management experience
At least 5 years of project management experience
8+ years' experience in project management
5+ years’ experience leading large technology and/or data programs
5+ years’ experience with lean six sigma or similar methodologies
