CyberArk Support Engineer

As a Capital One Linux/UNIX CyberArk Support Engineer, you'll work with a team of experts to support the CyberArk application within the Capital One environment. You'll work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues related to CyberArk vaulted accounts as well CyberArk platform support and maintenance.

 

We are an integrated team that collaborates with networking, cyber security, audit and application teams to implement technical architectures and solve challenges.

 

You'll work on integrated projects to streamline and automate processes and use best practices in managing our CyberArk environment. In addition, you'll learn new technologies such as CyberArk Privileged Access Management and be a part of a dynamic team that implements new service offerings to our customers.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience with Linux and Windows Administration

  • At least 2 years of experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Manager 

  • At least 2 years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
     

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in Agile
