Our Retail Bank Products, Platforms & Data ("PPD") team is a talented organization of 200+ product managers working across our digital platforms to deliver outstanding capabilities to our customers and associates. PPD associates are committed to enhancing the features customers use every day, dramatically improving associate facing tools and investing in bold experiments that tangibly deliver on the brand promise of Banking Reimagined.

We are seeking an independent, action-oriented, compassionate leader for our PPD Strategy team. If you’re a problem solver and storyteller who embraces an environment where you can experiment, learn, and change banking for good, we would love to hear from you.  

The strategy team serves as a launchpad into product opportunities and a great place to further your development; you will receive the support necessary to grow your skills quickly, including an extensive formal training curriculum and individual mentorship from leaders in the group.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our leaders to shape the direction of our Bank Product organization

  • Work with business, technology and design partners to understand and advocate for the customer

  • Champion the Bank Product organization in enterprise wide initiatives

  • Manage and mentor junior team members

This is role is perfect for you if:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis

  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis

  • At least 1 year of experience in people management

  • At least 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Consulting or Corporate Strategy 

  • Experience in Product Management
