Senior Associate, Workplace Solutions (Real Estate Facilities & Portfolio)

That’s why our Workplace Solutions team is looking to add a Corporate Real Estate Facilities & Portfolio Management in New York, NY!

A typical day in the life of the Senior Associate:

  • Partner and build relationships with internal clients of various levels including business executives to understand, assess and deliver workplace needs

  • Identify, recommend and implement ways to drive optimal utilization of the facilities

  • Help manage a diverse set of third party vendors to execute on key workplace responsibilities, including space planning, moves, facilities care and furniture

  • Coordinate associate services (food services, mail and print operations, meeting services, fitness, etc) for the portfolio

  • Present business issues to Portfolio Manager and Regional Lead to determine needs and to recommend appropriate solutions to support business requirements

  • Provide input to and shape the Regional portfolio plan and strategy

  • Work closely with peers in other regions, Central Services and internal Workplace Solutions senior management

  • Contribute to the management of annual real estate operating budget to include building operations, associate services and support costs

  • Partner with other internal real estate associates to create solutions and proactively solve problems

  • Partner with construction project managers to complete restacking, space planning and construction projects

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Security

  • Contribute to the management of annual real estate operating budget to include building operations, associate services and support costs

  • Juggler: You don’t get overwhelmed or flustered easily and tackle deliverables with a sense of urgency. You must possess the skill to not only prioritize multiple tasks concurrently but do so with a high degree of skill and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

  • At least 1 year experience in Facilities Management or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or related disciplines

  • At least 3+ years related experience in Facilities Management, Project Management, People Management or Supplier Management
