The Strategic Partnerships team looks for ways to bolster our Upmarket flagship products by crafting marquee partnerships for our cards to expand our customer value proposition and experiences for our Cardholders. Our team is fast-paced and growing. A Partner Manager would assist with the strategic development, implementation, and management of new and existing partnerships.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver on our benefits and partnership strategy, assisting with the building and management of our overall strategic partnerships and benefits portfolio
Alongside leader and cross-functional partners, evaluate new strategic partnerships and provide a clear point of view with influence to senior leadership
Act as primary point of contact for new and existing partners - build and foster relationship, create cross-functional activation opportunities, enhance customer benefit value
Manage internal operations including governance, reporting, and internal business reviews that highlight partnership progress and overall BD strategy
Additional responsibilities will include:
Prospecting for potential partnerships
Working with internal stakeholders and LOBs to evaluate opportunities, negotiate and activate
Researching the marketplace for opportunities to help execute internal strategy
Manage internal and external RFP deadlines while supporting the RFP process for new partners across the organization
Strong strategic, analytical, project management, presentation, marketing and creative skills
Experienced in strategic planning, partnerships and product value development
Experienced in working and management of external partners
Experienced in lifestyle verticals - Travel, Entertainment, Dining, Wellness
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate intellectual rigor
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years experience in Analysis or at least 2 years experience in Project Management or at least 2 years experience in Strategy
2 years of experience within a Card & Benefits program
3 years of partnership management
Experience with lifestyle and personal passion categories
