An Assistant Relationship Manager will have the opportunity to cultivate the skills necessary to achieve this dream while contributing to the team's success through building effective relationships. This role within Capital One will support the Relationship Managers in guiding their deals and expediting the funding of contracts.
Additionally, an Assistant Relationship Manager will operate as the funding coordinator between the companies’ funding the loans and the dealerships; helping dealerships in structuring their deals and educating our clients on Capital One Auto Finance (COAF) policies and procedures. You will also assist the Area Sales Managers with job related requirements and with the operations of the Dealership Interaction Model team. An Assistant Relationship Manager will be a trusted team player, filling in throughout the day depending on the dynamics of the team fostering a collaborative environment.
- Receiving and executing the overflow of inbound calls into the team.
- Reviewing the steps in the underwriting stage.
- Promoting teamwork by assisting the buyers as needed.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Associate's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in Underwriting
- At least 2 years experience in Funding
