The business brand team’s primary objective is to build innovative and disruptive non-product experiences that demonstrates that we are for business so that we can build trust and brand relevance among SBOs

The Role

The Small Business Card Brand Marketing team is a passionate and entrepreneurial team of brand strategists, marketers and experience designers focused on launching breakthrough products and experiences for small business owners. 

We are looking for a powerhouse leader to join our Business Brand Marketing & Insights team to lead our Partnership & Content Innovation strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the content strategy for the small business brand strategy

  • Help architect compelling storytelling via elevating and celebrating business owners

  • Continue to expand content partnership strategy -- maintaining existing relationships and sourcing new partners

  • Partner with key teams to ensure digital content ecosystem is optimized for maximum engagement

  • Partner with acquisition and enterprise teams on SEO-based content strategies  

  • Partner with enterprise and channel teams to ensure integrated paid and organic strategy across broader agenda

  • Partner with the site and design team to architect ideal site content experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Military experience

  • At least 8 years experience in brand strategy or product marketing experience on the agency or client side, with experience managing multiple channels 

  • At least 6 years of people management experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs

  • At least 5 years experience in managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing marketing materials that drive results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or military experience

  • 4+ years of experience in the small business or broader B2B space

  • 4+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry

  • 4+ years of both agency-side and client-side experience

  • 4+ years of direct experience building and rolling out a brand strategy
