The Configuration Center / Asset Management Sr. Coordinator position for Capital One will work in a fast paced environment delivering hardware to multiple divisions. This is an opportunity based at our McLean, VA location, where excellent attention to detail and time management are the highest priorities.
There is heavy focus on imaging hardware with an even mix of Windows PC’s and Macs OS laptop and desktops.
Daily focus on delivery deadlines
Attention to detail
Asset Management responsibilities to include:
Ability to lift/carry 30+ lbs
Ability to self-start
Unboxing/reboxing of hardware
Imaging and working at a workbench
Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging (PXE or USB booting)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration
At least 1 year of remote tech administration and end user support
At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems
At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow)
Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
1+ years of SCCM experience
1+ years of WindowsOS experience
1+ years of experience with Active Directory services
1+ years of experience with virtualization technologies
1+ years of macOS experience
