Principal Associate, Social Media Marketing Operations
The Social Media Marketing Operations Principal Associate will be responsible for managing campaign execution for U.S. Card’s Social Media marketing channels. Marketing campaign management will include activities such as launching new campaigns, launching tests, identifying and implementing process improvements, and optimizing performance across our active social media channels. The Principal Associate will be the expert in Facebook, Kenshoo, and any other relevant platforms and will stay in-tune with social media platform updates and best practices. This position requires a focus on ensuring delivery of high quality end-to-end of social media marketing campaigns, an understanding of and ability to generate insights from key media performance metrics, and an ability to operate efficiently in a cross-functional team.
Daily management of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) from planning and execution to analysis and reporting
Monitor Paid Social trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
Carry out campaign management tasks including: optimization, budget control, and forecasting
Develop and execute all campaign testing, including: lift studies, creative format, ad copy, audience, and landing page testing
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
Coordinate with several internal teams including Compliance, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data etc.
“Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new Paid Social technology tools
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Social Media marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), including experience with planning and implementing successful Paid Social strategies
At least 3 years of experience managing multi-million dollar Paid Social campaigns
Masters in Business Administration
At least 1 year of people management experience
At least 5 years of experience in Social Media marketing related experience with high volume and media budgets
